Got Questions?

We've got answers. Here are some of the most common questions we get about our work, process, and how we can collaborate.

For most projects, you'll receive high-resolution rendered images (like PNGs with transparent backgrounds) or video files (like MP4s). We can also provide the source 3D files (.blend, .fbx) upon request, though this may affect the project cost. We'll clarify all deliverables before we start!

A typical character design project, from initial concepts to final renders, usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks. This can vary depending on the complexity of the character and the number of revisions needed. We'll provide a detailed timeline with our project proposal.

Absolutely! We love bringing existing brands to life. We can take your 2D logo, recreate it in our 3D "clay" style, and create a fun, eye-catching animation for use as a video intro, on your website, or on social media.

Our process is highly collaborative. We include a set number of revision rounds in our proposals (usually 2-3). We'll present our work at key milestones (like sketches, 3D model, and final render) and gather all your feedback at once to make the process as efficient as possible.

Our Process Explained

Every project follows a clear, collaborative path to success.

1. Discovery & Quote

We start with a conversation to understand your vision and goals, then provide a detailed proposal.

2. Creation & Collaboration

This is where the magic happens! We'll work on your project, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.

3. Delivery & Launch

Once you're thrilled with the result, we package up all the final files and help you launch.
